I appreciated Kevin’s patience as I did not know for sure what I wanted and Katie’s guidance and creativity in finding a design that works better than anything I had hoped for. The crew was great, always on task but took time to answer my questions and kept me informed. Katie often went out of her way make sure things were taken care of to my satisfaction.
